Digital Products
We do not offer digital product refunds. We encourage our digital product customers to research their purchases prior to order placement. Binx.tv can not be held accountable for order dissatisfaction, misalignment with minimum product requirements or the assumption of an individual digital products expected value.
If you feel you qualify for a refund please submit your request through the form found at the bottom of this page.
Under special consideration, refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of Binx.tv if all the following conditions are met:
- • The time of your request for refund/credit is no more than 5 business days following purchase
- • The game has not been activated
- • The game activation key has not been disclosed or activated
- • We find your request reasonable due to special circumstances
- • Paypal refunds CAN NOT be processed after 120 days from purchase
Physical Products
In order to be eligible for a physical goods refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
Donations
Donations to Binx.tv or the community are not refundable.
Method of Refund
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
