There is no badge (at the moment) for gifting a game key to another member.

The ‘Game Donor’ badge is gifted when a game key is gifted back to Binx game pool. That is treated as a gift back to the community. Doing so allows us to re-gift the game without the key being revealed to anyone before hand.
