You do not have to live within North America in order to be a member. All of our networking services are open for global use. If you are able to reach them through the Net, then you are welcome to make use of them any time you like.

Having said this, we do not do any outreach or direct marketing to communities outside of North America at the moment. However, we support all of our members, no matter where they come to us from 🙂
